Dr Alfred Mbeteh Ph.D, Our Founder and CEO


Alfred is  a UK-based  Researcher, Entrepreneur, Author, Lecturer (REAL) and Success addict. He has taught at different colleges across London and is the current Head of the London Metropolitan University Foundation Degree (fda) programme offered at Nelson College London. He also heads and teaches the entrepreneurship development module within the fda programme.  

Alfred holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sunderland, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Wales, Advance Diploma in Administrative Management from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) and a National Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Kaduna Polytechnic.  

Alfred is the author of the book titled: 7 Billion People! 7 Continents! What Made 7 People The Most Successful? and a co-author of the book “A Guide to Entrepreneurship In Business: From Zero to One”, which is available on Amazon.  He has a Ph.D in Business from the University of West London with  entrepreneurship being his key area of interest.

Mrs Frances Sandy Conteh, MA, BA(Hons)- Our Human Resource Director


Frances Sandy Conteh, professionally known as CeCe Baybe, is a Sierra Leonean, UK-based Afro-Soul singer/songwriter. CeCe is the true definition of a survivor. Rising from the ashes of a treacherous Sierra Leonean past, this talented songbird is an inspiration to all.  

Cece has an Honours degree in Criminology with Law and a Master’s degree in Health Studies.

  She made her music breakthrough when she was given an opportunity to perform with a legend on a UK tour. Her performance was outstanding and described by many as nothing but “amazing”.   

CeCe brings a vibrant edge to music with her incredibly modulated robust vocal ability. She continues to make waves in the UK and across her motherland Sierra Leone, and her astounding sweet voice has led her to sing for the president of Sierra Leone and the prestigious charity event ‘Outst Ebola’ in aid of the Ebola orphans in Sierra Leone. Over the years, CeCe has performed on various stages across the world including Italy, Sweden, Sierra Leone, Marrakech and South of France. She has organised and attending many outstanding events across the UK. Her charming voice and loving attitude have drawn lots of people to each event she has organised. She is simply the star of events.    

Dr Massimiliano Pellegrini, Ph.D, MSc, BSc, FHEA- Our Chief Editor


  Dr Pellegrini is currently a researcher in organisational studies and Entrepreneurship at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Before then he was a senior lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of West London and University of Roehampton. He was an Assistant Professor at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (Jordan), and previously a post-doc fellow at the University of Florence (Italy). He accumulated a good experience in teaching thanks to several appointments as adjunct lecturer e.g. University of Linz (Austria), Campus Bio-Medic University in Rome (Italy), and Autonomy University of Catalonia (Spain). 

He received his PhD from the University of Rome Tor Vergata but he spent most of his doctoral studies abroad as a visiting scholar at the City University of New York - Institute of Fashion Technology (FIT) (U.S.), at the Wharton school - University of Pennsylvania (U.S.), and at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany). He is currently Programme Chair for the Strategic Interest Group of Entrepreneurship (E-ship SIG) at the European Academy of Management (EURAM).      

Pellegrini's research interests and publications are entrepreneurship, ethical behaviours, and family business and his works have been published in several journals.  

Mr Lassayo Kaikai, BA(Hons), InstAM-Our Client Relationship Director


Lassayo is a London-based marketing, Customer Service, Management and Administrative guru. He is also versatile in International reputations and current affairs. He has worked as a customer service adviser in the UK and has also worked as an insurance policy adviser. 

  He holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Administrative Management from the Manchester Metropolitan University and an Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) UK.   

Patrick is currently working on a research project with keen interest in start ups, its successes and failures and identifies key areas in which new entrepreneurs could take into consideration and improve upon.    

Ms Kathy Nicome, BA (Hons), InstAM-Our Brand Director


Kathy-Ann is a UK-based Strategic Management Consultant with distinct expertise in Brand Management. Kathy-Ann has 10 years experience in Private Banking, providing excellent service delivery to high net-worth individuals and businesses.

Kathy-Ann has a BA(Hons) in Business Management (with distinction) from a leading UK University. She is a Chartered Manager and a Member of The Institute of Administrative Management in the UK.

Kathy-Ann provides value-adding strategic management consultancy services to new and growth-focused entrepreneurs and businesses across a wide range of sectors. She advises on building and sustaining brands, using her wealth of knowledge and expertise in this specialist field.

Mr Ahmadu Dainkeh, Msc, Beng (Hons), MEEE, MIET- Our Technical Director


Amadu is a London based Researcher and Lecturer. He hails from Sierra Leone and has taught Mathematics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering in several colleges and Universities in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

He is currently a PhD candidate in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with a research in the field of Radio Frequency and Microwave Engineering. He is a lecturer of Engineering at the London Southeast Colleges, Bromley.  Amadu, holds a Master’s degree in Mobile Communications) from the University of East London, UK and a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria.  He has attended and presented at numerous academic conferences, globally and has published several articles in some reputable journals. His key interest is youth empowerment, mobile and wireless communications.

Our Country Director, Sierra Leone

 William Conteh is a passionately progressive 21st-century leader who is committed to his passion for teaching and entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, private sector development consultant, lecturer, author and motivational speaker, William has contributed to changing the lives of many young people in Sierra Leone. 

  William's vision in the capacity of our Country Director is to help develop entrepreneurship development centres in Sierra Leone which will provide opportunities for thousands of young aspiring entrepreneurs to impact their generations.  He is currently the module leader of entrepreneurship at the Institute of Public Administration, university of Sierra Leone. He is also working as a consultant for the World Bank Group in Sierra Leone.  

Mr Timothy Sam, BSc (Hons), BA, CMI, InstAM


Our Training Director


Timothy Sam has a huge experience as an effective leader, advocate and programmer on development issues, including youth engagement and empowerment child right participation, innovation, climate change, Gender Based violence and communication and youth advocacy issues. He is currently the Technical Engagement and Disaster Risk Management Consultant for Plan International Sierra Leone and Director of Training for De VICTORS.

He has obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree (History & Political Science), University of Sierra Leone and further studied for his BSc (Hon) Management and Business Administration degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. This has a membership with one of Britain’s most prestigious management institute called the Chartered Management Institute United Kingdom.

Timothy Sam is the Co-founder of the Children’s Forum Network Sierra Leone that was the first child to child advocacy organization In Sierra Leone. Prior to joining Plan international, Timothy Sam has work at various children and youth organizations. He also established a  ground breaking Voice of Children Radio Project- a United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone’s project, designed to give young people a platform in the post war discourse in Sierra Leone.

His experience in this field also extends to the international sphere of facilitating young people to participate at international events and decision making space. Mr. Sam has worked with and managed programs in the capacity as Founder and Secretariat Coordinator at the reputable Commonwealth Secretariat in London. His myriad roles included but were not limited to project managing of Youth Climate organizations across all 54 countries in the commonwealth, organizing events across the commonwealth and also on behalf of the commonwealth Youth Programme and the Economic Affairs Department coordinating all commonwealth activities with the United Nations and other climate negotiations.

In 2015, Timothy Sam won the West Africa Regional Award on the effective use of innovation and Technology and also the Global innovative use of technology and social media in Plan International Federation of 80 countries. This impressive work of engaging young people earned him an invitation at the UN World Humanitarian summit to make a presentation and staged an exhibition on humanitarian activities on education, sexual gender base violence, Ebola survivor and innovation in 2015 at Doha, Qatar.

Timothy brings to this role an impressive leadership track record in successfully piloting the Global Youth Engagement strategy, Global Voice for Change, Mr. Sam has developed skills and the ability to coordinate and mobilize activities across youth networks internationally and nationally.  Timothy Sam co-facilitated the Global Voice for Change review meeting in Senegal and coordinated a training on advocacy toolkit which was prepared by Plan International, A World at School, and The Youth Advocacy Group of the Global Education First Initiative with support from UNGEI and UNICEF, provided with the tool needed to join the millions of young leaders around the world in Education campaign.
